Personally don’t think there is anything wrong with a cooked breakfast, so long as it’s a moderate portion, the quality is good & it’s not deep fried in horrible oil.
2 x rashers of good bacon, 1 x good quality sausage, egg with a slice of lightly buttered granary toast on the side is a fine breakfast in my opinion & will set you up nice for the day & you’ll probably be able to get away with just a snack for the rest of the day before tea.
Unfortunately, most places drivers frequent are serving up low quality rubbish dripping in oil in vomit-enducing ‘bin lid’ size portions.

That’s because he is pretending.
I like to eat a troll with my morning coffee. I get the broken English but what’s with the capital letters bring spread around. That’s just stupid in any language now Flip Flop off.
You are rapidly becoming the dullest, most pointless human on the planet…
Try tasting life instead of breakfast.

Porridge does NOT fill you up for longer (I should know that)
1st breakfast - smallish portion of yoghurt
2nd breakfast - cereal, eg, cornflakes, weetabix and similar ( occasionally Coco Pops)
Then can have a lateish lunch.
A protein rich breakfast fills you up for longer such as poached eggs on toast.
Last time I asked a woman how she liked her egg’s, she replied " Unfertilised, now f*ck off! ".
Her loss.
