Thats gona be one big ■■■ map for the whole of western Europe good job you’ve got a lorry to put it in!
Don’t think such a thing exists? You will need to buy individual country maps me thinks
I’ve got one of these AA ones which aren’t too bad

My Garmin hasn’t let me down anywhere overseas yet (touch wood!), but good to have the atlas there as a back-up.
The AA used to do a very comprehensive Road Atlas of whole of Europe, great for driving through multiple countries & not too big, A3 size I think…Surely they are still available, maybe try Amazon for ideas/feedback■■?

I did have a feeling they mite not exist, but surely you can get something that roughly covers it… I only need france, Benelux, Denmark, Germany, Austria, (dont like Italy so i dont go there) if that narrows it down. Must add its not for the lorry, they dont allow me to take it much past Cambridge.
Saaamon…check Waterstones link from previous two posts, AA European Atlas only £8.99 A3 size…better than satnav!!!

Just seen that, will buy one now. Thanks for your reply. I take it you know europe? Do you know the best route from Amsterdam to Worgl, Austria? Will be going a week monday. Cheers.
HMMnnnn …It’s been a while but sounds like you’ve many options, the atlas will help. Into Austria I always preferred going straight down through Germany towards Munich & crossing border via Ulm/Kempten/Ferne Pass. This was in PCV’s though. Maybe a weight limit over Ferne Pass for LGV’s. When I last did it the motorway was still incomplete & we had to go via the Pass towards Imst…beautiful route & quite a shortcut. Alternatively via Munich (longer). But it’s always personal choice.
Dunno if this will help but nice to reminisce all the same!!!
The european maps usually have too small scale. It’s best to buy the seperate Michelin ones for each seperate European country you need to travel in.For Amsterdam to Austria just follow the autobahns through Aachen,Koblenz,Speyer,Karlsruhe,Stuttgart,Ulm,and Kempten.
You going on a shagging holiday? On yourself my son, do us a diary wae pics
Thank you once again, taking the car down there so no worries about weight limits (how lovely ) but do need to get down there in good time.

Well I’m not gonna be doing any shagging, not even allowed to watch a ■■■ show ffs, but my mate who hasn’t had it in about 4years reckons he’s gonna lol.
I use Microsoft autoroute with a gps dongle on my laptop, open next to me on the floor. That way I have a scalable, real-time map with my position at the centre always. Much safer and more convenient than fumbling with map books.

You’ll need to run overnight if you want to make best use of the unlimited sections although there probably aren’t as many of those as there were.I haven’t used that route for a while now.Which just leaves the question of how fast the car is.
Make sure you get one with junction numbers on as there are quite a lot without them on.
I have a Philips map of Europe as back up to my sat nav. Does the trick.
