Very harsh ! Sometimes a return phone call get missed, it happens.

OP - Be proactive, ring back and explain you’ve already rung and was waiting for a call back and £ to a penny you’ll get a sincere apology and the information you need.

For the sake of one missed return call I wouldn’t discount ANY business especially one that’s been well remarked on here. I’d be putting it down to them been busy.

I have looked into this and discovered what has happened. The enquiry isn’t straightforward - which is why it’s posted on here to start with. The call was taken by a member of the team who suggested that someone with a very thorough knowledge of licensing should make a return call. The first person passed this to another member of the team as a request for a call back. That person then went sick so the message didn’t get to the relevant person.

I knew that it would be an interesting scenario as this doesn’t happen at our centre.

Maybe if the original poster would like to contact me directly via pm I can put an attractive package together.

I agree that is a harsh statement, i will call them back because as has been said, we all miss things…

Never once did i think any less. I work in a busy environment and these things happen.

I haven’t replied due to being busy, but have no fear you will be the ones i will be calling!!!
