What info?

If you card is ejected during a shift by an enforcement officer, you should do a print out but what info should be recorded on the rear ■■

Whoever does the check will usually be quite happy to sign the back of the printout, also if they have put their card in to download the head then that is marked on the head so if you are stopped the following week the next person will see that there has been a check done

Don’t think they need to remove your card They can take it all from the head.

I have my one year assessment coming up and one of the questions is what must you ensure is recorded on the printout before leaving ■■
There’s space for three things

Three things to put on a printout after an enforcement officer has ejected your card ?

  1. Reason the card was ejected (road-side check).
  2. Name and signature of the enforcement officer.
  3. Location.

But that is a guess

I wouldn’t even think you need the printout. Card back in, manual entry for the time it was out and you’re good to go. You usually get some kind of paperwork from them after a check anyway, you used to. Last check I had a few years ago outside Holyhead he took the card away, checked it, brought it back, I made a manual entry showing other work got those few minutes and he gave me a bit of paper to show I’d been stopped and checked. Job done.
