"The M25 in Essex was closed for 10 hours after chemicals spilled onto
the road. Containers fell from a lorry near the M11 junction at 0500. (4/5/13)
Tottenham delayed their game with Southampton by half an
hour to give supporters enough time to get to White Hart Lane.
Several containers had fallen from the lorry and hit the central reservation.
The 43-year-old driver of the lorry has been charged with two counts of
endangering others while using a vehicle with an insecure load.
He has been detained in police custody.
He will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Monday. (6/5/13)

UPDATE:
Oh it’s OK - It was only a Bulgarian Driver.
He was fined £320 for "using a vehicle which was dangerous because
of its weight or the distribution of its load."
The charge of using a vehicle with an insecure load was dropped.
