No crap from All Ride like steering wheel knobs, chrome ladies, tacky horseshoes, steering wheel covers, bullfighter spears etc.
Give the saved space from not selling crap like that and sell gloves, kettles etc.
I find it incredibly frustrating when i only have 45 minutes with which to go to the toilet, get a meal, and then eat it within my time limits, instead of having to queue behind coach passengers that have just arrived seconds before me, by the time i have queued and got my meal, its almost time to leave, then have to eat as i drive, and thats not ideal. Maybe, if there are truckers in a queue, they could get some priority.
Security in service areas is far from ideal, and with the prices charged, maybe repair the pot holes, and give us some security, preferably behind a wire fence, that would maybe deter thieves, from which we all suffer from, diesel stolen, and damage to the curtains on the trailers. At least with some kind of control, with a pay on entry system will deter those who shouldnt be there.
Reasonably priced truckers meals, not over priced, but high street ones, and of course a healthy option for those who want a six pack stomach ( rabbit food )

A good idea would be to put some signs strictly forbidding cars to enter the hgv parking area ,big signs low down to prevent near misses when having to reverse park ,parking area for vans & up to 12 tonne gross even if it’s a sign clearly allowing them to use the caravan area ,plenty of hooks in the shower area so many it looks like a ■■■■■■■ & torture house and shelves too ,complimentary shower Gel dispensers ,also arrows on the floor or a white line on the floor in the entry to the toilets you don’t drive your car on the wrong side the road so why walk in the toilets straight in to me when iam coming out hugging the wall on the left ! Thanks Dan .ooh and a ban on sales people in the building entrance .
Hope he can take some thing away & we will see changes I know it wont happen overnight but at least he has asked & is willing to try
If you fuel up at Bradbury you can get a loyalty card to spend in the shop they also have 2 coffee machines 1 is a costa plenty the other is there own ( ok not the best but not the worst ) but when you fuel up it is free

all he is after is what kind of tassles to stock and pretty light up signs and name plates etc? so he can fleece you further whilst you pay for your fuel.

I think you’ll find it’s all expected to be free for truckers 
Anything more and they are being ripped off
- Decent food at a reasonable price
- Reasonably priced parking
- Decent toilet and shower facilities
- Shop with a good range of food and other essentials at reasonable prices

Some good replys there fellas but I would strongly recommend the OP to go on tour round the Fatherland and stop at as many Autohofs and BAB Tankstelle’s as poss to get the flavour of how it should be done particularly with regard to the simple way they keep the showers and heads clean, not with an old mop moving ■■■■■ and grime from one corner to another! Trouble is however well intentioned the guy is it won’t happen cos his boss is only interested in making a fast buck, UK PLC in a nutshell, sad to say.

I think you need to have a re-read OP with regard to the state of the parking and showers etc before considering accessories…
