Infringement.
No idea, you’ve cut so much out of the image it just looks like gibberish.

Agree. Need more context.
16 and three quarter hours POA? Wrong mode key perhaps, you’re only showing 8 and a half hours rest in a day and a half.
What did he do wrong …
I’d guess posting incoherent images on a forum might be a start
12th/12 - 36:44 shift duration. The circled figure of 8:32 is a distraction.
On the 12th you appear to have put your card in a vehicle at 15:38, put it in another vehicle at 19:33 then put it in another vehicle at 15:06 on the same day.
If that’s correct then either the last vehicles tachographs time is seriously and illegally wrong or the dates are wrong.
Either way I have to agree with others that this seems to be a bit of a guessing game
You best bet is ask your transport manager or somone to explain it to you they should know
If your tacho card shows that you did a 36 hour shift, it could be that you didn’t do a manual entry on the second day.
For example, if you did a 12 hour shift on day one, had a 12 hour daily rest, and then did another 12 hour shift on day two, this could show up as a 36 hour shift. If so, not really a problem as VOSA could quickly see that a simple manual entry mistake has been made.
Yes. Manual entry issue. Thanks for your help.
