Labour have just released a policy on handling transgender employees in the workforce:
If a transgender makes him or herself known to his or her employer the following steps should be taken to create a harmonious working place.
Rather than Males and Female toilets, all facilities should be called Knob on or Knob off to avoid confusion: example below
On a serious note: the operation for a man to become a woman is extremely dangerous and painfull. Its not the ■■■■■ or the knob bit thats a doddle, but having your mouth widened and half your brain removed is a killer!!
