Yes the best thing you could do is get experience do you have any history with lorries or driving for a living
No ive no experince at all. Ill get my experince up threw agencys. Very few haulage firms let ya drive with out it

Yeah worked on a rigid in my old job as helper. But couldnt drive cause i didnt have my cpc at time. They where gona give driven job with my own helper when got my cpc but i left company. And finished my cpc in april and passed my artic in march

If your ever going for a job make sure to say that. are you interested in lorries or just interested in driving
Both. Started likeing lorrys when did my class 2 few yrs ago. So im likeing lorrys and trying learn about them. And love the driving
You would be a good long distance driver then but you would need experience for that job

Yes you will probably have to start by doing local work and then they may start letting you do runs to England or across the border and when you have a good bit of experience you can try a company that does international work there’s plenty of companies in ireland do that type of work

If you were doing uk work you would probably be out about a week if you were doing international work you would be out a week or two
