I work 3 days a week, in my regualar job= 24 hrs a week.
I do the odd driving job with an agency maybe 1 day a week.
Then every week they keep asking me what is my poa ?
What the hell do they keep asking me this for ?
No [ZB] idea and I can see no reason for doing so 
just a thought - do they mean your POA (not the EU regs one) - the times you are available to work for them

if there ask you again just say 5 hours and there may pay you 
Maybe they don’t pay POA so are looking to avoid paying you for some of the hours you work. I would just tell them none each time they ask. Tell 'em you don’t do POA as it is easier just to book break, it’s virtually the same thing anyway and if a period qualifies as POA it sure as hell qualifies as break. If they don’t pay breaks don’t go with that option though.
