Amazing how much quicker you can do a 600km run even with 50MPH limits in place on the M1/M6 when all the roadworks are suspended and you’re not being diverted all over the sodding country because of road closures every few junctions.
Must admit to being well happy to be heading south on the M6 this evening and not be sat in the three carparks northbound.
