Finished off my 2 day job at in chester at approx midday ,
Had a nice bacon roll from a cafe on the industrial estate I was tipping at ( very rarely do I part cash for food at these establishments) mainly because I put weight on just looking at food , so always have salads , fruit and plenty of water on board , by the way the roll was very nice indeed .
Left Chester for destination Bristol .
Left Chester headed towards Wrexham down towards Oswestry then onto Shrewsbury .
Headed south at Shrewsbury on the A458 ( I think ) towards Bridgnorth skirted there then through Kidderminster onto junction 6 at Worcester then m5 back to North Bristol
4 1/2 hours for in total including a 15 min cup of tea .
No traffic whatsoever ever apart from 5 -10 mins on A483 towards Oswestry/ Llangollen.
Rolling countrywide all the way down decent road ( rigid mind ) lovely day looking at people all sat outside country pubs enjoying a drink and the sunshine .
Well 1 day a year ain’t bad ,makes up for all the ■■■■■■ days .
Onto Monday , tip Harlow collect Great Yarmouth load and head for Dumbarton. Let’s see if that’s so good .

Watched homes under the hammer ,didn’t realise Tommy Walsh was on it now
Had dinner had a shower
No traffic at all as I didn’t go out in my car

We do a fair bit for the company out of Great Yarmouth
Pretty sure they pay a decent rate ( nothing to do with me though )
I just do my best to get it there safely and securely and as quick as possible and enjoy the journey
