Spoke to my best mate this morning who has been fighting the big C for about 18 months been to his consultant yesterday and it’s spread and basically they ain’t got to answers about what to do.
I know it probally seems weird posting this here but it just sort of puts most of the moans and winges we have here in perspective.

Sorry to hear that man, I lost my mam to that [zb] a year and a half ago, doctors were too dam slow to realise what was wrong and by the time they did she was so ill it was basically too late and spread.
Hurts like hell every day.
