any body used wetherby services lately. is it me or is this place a dump .been in a few times over the last few weeks went in to the toilets cubicle door hanging of toilet paper all over the floor empty coffee cups in the sink .went to the coffe machine used tea bags all over the counter .may be thyey just had a bad day.called in 1 day later same state.
Totally agree , went in the main services building at 2am once and the toilets looked like a crime scene , loo roll all over the floor , blocked sinks , blocked toilets and skid marks all up the bowls 
Now i wondered who was responsible for this level of mess , the only people on site were all parked up in the truck park , so easy to point the finger of blame , i hope it wasnt though , but i guess if the toilets aren’t inspected then chaos just ensues 
Now i just visit the garage facilities , in need of a revamp already but clean enough 
Usually with these Moto places, there’s a picture of the area managers fizzog in the doorway. Give them a ring, even at 2am, and explain that the services that your ringing from is a ■■■■■■■■■ and that even though your on nightshift, they should cater for their customers at all hours.
Can’t wait to hear their reply when you’ve got them out of bed if their phone’s on.

I went in ther for a shower about a month ago on the way to morrisons just up the road and couldnt believe what a ■■■■ hole it was it has only been open about a year 
the shower “room” was disgusting thank god I had flip flops The whole place stinks I wont be stopping there again other then for a 45 I have never seen it closed since it opened, why bother spending all that money on it and letting it rot? Unbelievable! Just goes to show they have the attitude of “it doesnt matter how crap we run it folk will still come as there is nowhere else to go” I would rather wait and use leeming bar if possible.
I went in to the garage bit around 8pm one night last week, the toilets seemed to have been imported from a Romanian institution of some kind I ordered a coffee from The Costa Lotta counter & must have waited 10 minutes while the Guy serving took a call about what shifts he was on the following week. Its fairly new too but its soon gonna be 3rd World spec & thats all they’ll get in their then the 3rd World drivers.

They even make you queue to hand your fuel card over which can take 10 minutes, even though there is a queue of wagons a mile long blocking the parking bay’s stopping the ones that have finished there breaks getting out.They dont know the meaning of customer service.

Good to know, I was told it had closed so I’ve been avoiding going into Wetherby, pub directly in front of usually has some decent totty in it

Funny thing is I can’t see it is the staff that scatters the paper, leaves rubbish and ripped the cubicle door off…

yes thats the one I was there two weeks ago.Still gets full so try to be early.
