Can’t help with Westbury, sorry. However coupling a fridge is no different procedure wise to any other trailer. The only difference in the trailer is that if it’s close coupled and hasn’t got a Mavis rail (one of them sliders that houses the air lines etc) you may be better off split coupling, although not all sites allow it, others are fine with it.
In case you do split couple and you’ve never done it before you should firstly, secondly and thirdly ensure that the trailer parking brake is on. Then check it once more for luck. Finally after that you go under the front of the trailer enough so that you have a couple of feet of space from the back of the cab to the front of the fridge unit. You then connect your suzies, get back in the cab and reverse fully until the kingpin is engaged. From there on it is just standard coupling procedure to carry out.

You missed out the essential step of checking that the trailer brake is on. You really need to do this before and after backing under. And again before you connect the suzies, as well as repeating the check before you finally engage the pin.
Also, don’t forget to check that the trailer brake is on.
