Just for the expenses 
Can Retire for Austria with 62 and UK with 65.
Now,if i part-retire with 62 i have to pay back every Penny Pension up to the Amount i get if i have an Income for working. When im 65 i can earn as much as i like without reduction.
So now. Not sure if anyone knows of an Solution.

If as you say the retirement age for Austria is 62, you wont get a pension there because you havnt paid into their system. In England the retirement age has changed for men and women, it depends what year you were born, so you could in effect have to work until you are 70. But, if you have paid into a UK pension scheme, and are thinking of moving to Austria to live and work, i do believe that what you have paid into the uk, will be sent over to Austria and added to their scheme, but you will have to follow their criteria, and you will also have to double check with the DWP in Newcastle.
To claim an English pension, you must have paid in for a minimum 30 years, to be able to get the basic state pension…if i was you, i would take a chance on the lottery, otherwise you could find yourself without any pension inn your old age, and you may have a better chance of winning the lottery, than of getting an English pension.
I bet his English will be much improved when he fills his pension forms in…

If my Pension is enough Income for me,and i get the Expenses paid i could do that easely. Just go thruu the Calculation. dont forget. Austria isnt an Capitalists Country. So Pension is higher then somes Wages
