You’ve already got it “on cheap”.
Does it matter if you pass or not? Does it matter if there is proper equipment to learn on? Does it matter if the trainer is qualified/competent?
As another regular contributor and trainer says: cheapest is not always best.

I did my class 2 and initial cpc with these guys… townandcountrylgv.co.uk/
Very professional, excellent training and quite flexible with dates and times. Passed first go. I’m going back to them this year for my class 1, and they now have a bus for PCV tests!
I paid £275, so £175 is very cheap…
Best of luck
Andy
Althought i havent passed yet i can second town and country as being professional and straight talking, take my mod 4 on monday and they will do wat they can to get you sorted as soon as possible, took my class 2 with them passed first time after 4 days training and will defo be going back for my class 1 as soon as i replenish my drained funds for all these four letter cards you need
Try TRUK in Bolton. I did mine there, passed with a good score. Was pretty simple if you do your homework at home. Cant remember how much it cost as I had it as part of a package. I also did it in a 4.5t sprinter van (made it much easier).
Northwest Hgv Training, mark Thompson I done my mod 4 last year passed 100% although he’s based in Liverpool but is very flexible

I think it made it easier but you still have to remember the main points. On a side note I think they’ve stopped doing class 1 training now, they were going into the ambulance training services, don’t know how they got on.

I went to see TRUK in Bolton recently. Traveling from Liverpool. I’m pretty sure they still do the Class one training. Planning on doing my Class2 with them soon and the CPC moduels (that arent the theory and practical test) are all included, but i dont think they can guarentee they can all be done on test day.
That’s who I passed my C and CE with at the start of this year. If you buy the C package it’ll more than likely cost about £1300. You’ll go for a medical and then send off your licence, then they register you with the online theory training. Once you’ve passed your theory an HP then you’ll do the module 2, then you’ll go onto the practical training and test. Once that’s passed you’ll go into do the module 4. It should take from start to finish around 3-4 months if you pass everything first time. I failed the HP 3 times and the C practical once which does delay things a bit as you have to wait for another test(s). Each time I failed the HP I had a 2 week wait for the next available place. I had to wait 5 weeks for a C retest
Took me about 6 months from start to finish to get everything done and passed up to CE category (inc’ DCPC).
If you do go with them try and request the same trainer for the duration of your course. Makes it easier for them to keep up to speed with your progress.
