Dave , What used you run into Pembroke Dock with ?
Hi Fan,
Only went down there to pick someone up with my transit, then take them back later in the week.Did take my car sometimes. Nice run especially in the summer, used to like meeting all the Irish lorries that had just come off the ferry, some smart moters.
Cheers Dave.
Hi Dave,
Nice to see he’s got his seatbelt on,
We’ve had 10 new scanias, and a few of them have been trouble already, one had to have the gearbox out before it even got to our place,
The drivers aren’t happy about the cabs either, bit small for 4-5 nights out a week
Regards
Tony

Hi Tony,
Have heard a few of the tipper boys saying that the new Scania’s aren’t as good, they are saying the Volvo has the edge at moment.
Cheers Dave.
hiya,
Shed too small give em’ an 80 for a week away and you’ll understand why i never cabbed it but then again they gave me an f88 sleeper shed and i did’nt kip in that either, they’re mean’t for driving not living in, if the firm want an overnight guard then they should employ people at your parking point to sit in the things while you’re away getting a proper nights sleep, the BRS had a policy of not sleeping in your motor should still be that way, now now Harry who’s rattled your cage, get back to bed you daft old git.
thanks harry long retired.

You will have to make them an offer Steve,be a nice project restoring that one. I know where there’s an older six wheeler that’s in a similar condition.
Cheers Dave.
