We use a machine of similar size for digging the gravel: Volvo EC340. Not many companies seem to use knavvys anymore.

Graham will correct me if I’m wrong Nathan,but I think he said this one came from a sand and gravel pit in Bedfordshire.They still have some up here at the quarries,but not as many as they used to have.
