First time I saw it was saturday,when I called in his yard,never noticed it while I was chatting to him,only saw it as we moved around taking pics.The Trailer could have been there,quite a lot of kit in his yard.

Here’s a well known name,one of Steve Swain,s from Shrewsbury ,still in the livery of the Church Stretton fleet, this one seen going round Meole Brace island,Shrewsbury A5/A49.
One of H E Payne’s Daf’s passing what was the site of Swains of Stretton’s old yard,on the side of the A49 Church Stretton.
This is now covered with light Industrial Units and Houses.

Pretty sure this is a North Wales wagon Dave. Can’t quite place exactly where though.

Saw this one in Mervyn Thomas yard at Eardisley,noticed that a lot of the timber hauliers, now have the LOG numberplate.
Another Renault seen in Mervyn Thomas’s yard at Eardisley. Looks like one of Wilner Evans moters from Talgarth.
Think this wagon and drag might suit Harry Gill.

That is one of their big customers. Forest Garden products or Larch Lap,which ever way round it is. The yard where we took the pics are their old premises,he now owns part of it,its a big place,would think there will be other outfits looking for some of it,especially if things pick up.

A Renault Premium in Mervyn Thomas yard,don’t think he has many of these,more Magnums in the Renault marque.
