Yes Roy still runs M A Evans, always been his firm, he sold his Knighton trucks to West Pennine the Scania dealers who rent his old workshops and yard off him. He cut down his fleet, he just runs five artics and one eight wheeler mainly on bulk tipping work.

M A Griffiths & Sons, Scania coming through the roadworks on the A411,1 near Eardisley, driven by my mate Paul Tyler.The Foden behind belongs to owner operator Wyndham Evans, and is being driven for the day by Roger Williams.
Both of these vehicles run from Gore quarry.

Countrywide backload out of the quarries, also had a mill at Presteigne which BOCM took over. Had it five minutes and then closed it. I know its not a tipper, but they do pull bulk trailers as you probably know.
