Dave the Renegade:
Hi Chris,
Great pic of a now classic lorry. I’m sure I met that lorry with the drag last Saturday, but we didn’t have the camera ready.
Cheers Dave.[/
Excellent photo of the ERF - looks just like the one I took on 30/6/96 and added to my flickr site (chris farnahs photostream) some time ago. Pity the source of the photo was not acknowledged. If you are interested my site contains several photos of the ERF in its later life in West Wales and of the Sed Atkis that Wool Producers also ran CTR3.

Not guilty Chris, I didn’t know it was your pic. Chis AKA DARKHORSE123 posted the pic, as he works out of the same wool depot at Brecon.
Thanks for the pic Chris CTR3, a good one. Will possibly take you up on your kind offer, and look on your site.
Cheers Dave.
Dave you should take a look at CTR3- Chris Richards-Farnah flickr site it really is a cracker mate. flickr.com/photos/16212470@N03
and he is very accomodating with his photos providing you acknowledge who they belong to, so I always put a link to his site if I use one.

I have used Chris Richards site in the past John, when he has kindly let me post some of his Mid Wales photo’s on this thread. As you say he is very accommodating and I appreciate his kind offer, and will probably take him up on his kind offer again in the future.
Cheers Dave.

Don’t remember but I think it was 2 ERFs they came after the SEDDON ATKINSONS 301 I think that one of the SEDDONS was operated by TYSSIL EBENEZER from the TREGARON area on livestock and animal feed work and I think he also operated a SEDDON that was ex MSF and also KEITH MILLS I think from the HEREFORD area
This photo doesn’t do this M A N of J & B proper justice, its a really smart wagon. I had to crop the pic because of the angle it was taken at.Seen on the A49 at Craven Arms.
That one is normally on low loader work Dave, it collects and delivers for the truck sales side of the firm ( www.cotswoldcommercials.com ) I think they have about 4 on that work, very busy company at the moment, also into truck hire now as well. Have a look at Cotswold Commercials web site, when I was down there a couple of weeks ago, they had 100’s of trucks there. I have never seen so many.
cheers
John.

Thanks for that info John. I could see after the writing on the unit. It was pulling a half pipe tipping trailer and pulled if the A49 onto the Bishops Castle Road.
Cheers Dave.
