Lots of older motors here but even more rain!

Had another trip down there have you Steve ? Will have to have a run down there again myself.
Cheers Dave.

First time for me, Dave - just popped in quick on holiday-
The pic does not show the volume of water falling from the sky…

I though you had been there before Steve. I have been there a few times, but not for about three years. I will have to get my camera person to agree to a trip to Pembroke.
Cheers Dave.

Another of Paul Booth’s Scania’s with another load of timber.

Waiting for a pull.

Loading in the mud,a common thing in the UK.

A winters day in Radnorshire.

Another one loading.

One of Richard Marston’s with the crane on.

And from the front. A nice clean place to load.

Back in the woods again.

Another load for the mill.

Transferring logs onto the trailer.

Another nice pic, courtesy of Paul Booth.

Self loading the logs.

One of Bayliss Bros arcs, seen on the A44 at Stanner,Hereford-Radnorshire Border.

Those logging pictures are great -

Where is all the wood going?

I’d like to snap some timber lorries but hard to find them when they load in so many places!

Another one from Mansel Davies - still a runner apparently

Hi Steve,
Nice one of the ERF KV.
Quite a lot of the timber goes to the BSW Mill near Newbridge on Wye. Some goes to Mamble near Clows Top,plus other places. There is a lot of traffic in and out of the BSW Mill taking logs in,with sawn timber and woodchip etc going out. Get on the A470 near the entrance and you should get plenty of pics.
Cheers Dave.

A couple of wagons, seen on the A44 near Floodgates, Kington.

One of Phil Morris Scania’s,seen on the A4111 near Eardisley, Herefordshire.

One of R & B Transport Scania’s getting loaded.
