The T firm run three quarries in this area Barry.A lot of owner drivers have packed in over the last couple of years.Breedon Aggregates are not far away and have the ex chief from most of the red dragon country and the borders in charge and have a lot of ex T employees gone over to them.There could be a few hauliers heading that way as their work increases.One or two already have a foot in both camps.Its a case of wait and see. The big outfit are very busy with a lot of artics taking high psv gritstone all over the UK.
As with a lot of places the rates are poor.A lot of the motors in my recent pics weren’t bought new,just good hand picked second hand motors brought up to the owners standard.
