Hi, Dave ,can you help about 4 or 5 ,years ago when ■■■■■■■ up and down the M 5 ,north bound some where between Worcester and Frankley services on the right hand side there was a farm on the bank it had a Dodge tilt cab tipper in blue with a steel dropside body ,Didnt look as iff it needed a lot doing to it just woundered iff it is stll there ,Or been sold on you could it better in the fall when all the leaves had gone ,Just woundering ,Cheers BarryI remember the Dodge being there for years, but I don’t think it’s there now I maybe wrong.
I snapped it 4 years ago - on the farm on the edge of Bromsgrove:
The trees have grown up around there now so it’s difficult to see if it’s still there - it had been living indoors until a barn fire when it was taken outside IIRC

That brings back memories Steve.The one I drove didn’t have the dead man on it,which didn’t matter much,as I never thought they were any use.The Dodge that I drove wasn’t either. 
That one probably had a turbo.

They were OK Steve,but I never craved to drive another after driving the one for Brisbanes.
Re the Powys Petroleum wagons,they run a varied fleet besides the Leylands with some ERF’s and a Scania,and a Daf 85 I think.

Hi ,Fryske , The pic of the Dodge was it a dark red at one time ,and on 8 stud wheels ,There was one up our end looks very much like that one ,Was ownend new by the North WALES PAPER co ,at Oakenholt near FLINT ,couuld it be the same one ? ,Yours Barry
