Not sure about Abermule, but I think there is (or was) a fuel company in Meifod and S.Owen and Sons near Oswestry did fuel too.

SJ Bargh from Lancaster Dave. Scania agents and now with an ATF test lane. I think most of their tank work is milk. They took over a milk haulage company down your way a couple of years ago.

Yep, definetly one of Bargh’s, very nice units, sadly recently fell into the “Distribution” trap.

Thats a curtain sider they don’t do livestock anymore.
They do fridge work i think they have there own cold store and also do loads out of ubl Ledbury

A different view, taken in 2007 showing an Actros V8. Very nice…

Me and our brother like to call by once in a while, just to chat with the guys. We mainly called by to photograph the ex Pickfords Atkinson but while we were there we photographed the rest of the fleet, some older than others but all working and well looked after. The Foden pictured was in everyday use the last time we were there, maybe a couple of months back. Fairplay to them, they don’t mind us calling by and taking pictures… Good firm, not too big…
