Thanks for that Dave . What is the maximum speed for them I think the JCB Fastback is faster . Tony

Most tractors on the market now have a 40kph or 50kph top speed, somewhat more than the 32kph (20mph) legal limit for most tractors on public roads. A small number of tractors such as the JCB Fastrac and Mercedes Unimog have the braking, suspension and other special requirements to qualify for the “fast” tractor classification with its 64kph (40mph) speed limit.

Hi Dave, – You are not right this time, - Berkley is not related to me. – not the same Price.
Berkley is a border man, like Stan Archer and yourself. I wll let you know where he is exactly from.
He came down our way, following his father to farm in the late 60s – same as Archer did.
regards - Hywel.

Hi Hywel,
Just a thought, but I didn’t know he was from this way.Used to see his bulk blowers coming to Countrywide’s mill at Preseigne. But that is closed now. I see he has moved into timber haulage. There was a red Volvo FH following the Scania with a timber trailer which is hidden by the Scania in this pic…
Cheers Dave.
