A K series Dodge without the DODGE lettering on the front.

hiya,
Did for a short time drive a little Dodge with this cab I just wonder
did the same thing happen to this chap as happened to me when I
returned to the motor one morning some nice person had nicked the
D O G off the front I suppose it will still be decorating some mutts
stately pile, got a right bollocking off the Guvnor, he shut up when I
grabbed him by the throat, well I had had a bad day, Dave he didn’t
give me the push which surprised me, in fact he bought me a brand
new Atki Borderer well he had to give it to me I was the only driver
he had with the class 1 HGV.
thanks harry, long retired.

Hi Harry,
You could be right about someone pinching the letters off it.I drove one of those as my regular lorry on S W Brisbane of Knighton with a Perkins 6354 engine in it.Some of the later one’s had a turbo which must have improved them. The one I drove didn’t go much.
Cheers Dave.

Evening Dave, surely it cannot be the cost of fuel made Dave (P), take the cattle float off that lorry!! Put it back on, its not a proper MJ Parry “likeness” without it !!!
If you see this, (Dave P), missed you at Paul Adams`s “do”, on Saturday!

Dave (R), thank you for the photographs, Cheerio for now.

Not sure who owns it now Saviem. You probably know better than I do.It was great watching those lorries coming along the road and hearing the engines again.Much better than seeing them static at a show.
Cheers Dave.

Dave the Renegade:

Thames Trader heading into Barmouth on the A496.

This firm are based just outside Chester, Dave. Think they run mostly (if not all) Volvos and the truck pictured was at Kelsall earlier this year, a mere stone’s throw from their yard!
