Dave I’ve driven one as ancient as this fantastic motor only trouble
was the air wipers which used to fall apart on a regular basis, that
was the only complaint,
thanks harry, long retired.

Got to admit Harry.I know very little about them.Haven’t really spoken to anyone around this way who drove an F88.
Several this way drove Scania 111’s and 141’s and Daf’s,not many older Volvo’s.

I haven’t had anything to with them other than seeing them at shows rowly.Several drivers from this area were driving F86’s for Entress when I was still driving,but very few bigger Volvo’s operated in this area in the late 60’s early 70’s.
