Yes KK,you are right about Gammonds running American kit.I remember Gammond himself coming up to Kington in the 50’s with a six wheeler International lorry,he was hauling some of Passey Nott loads in those days.

Was talking to Dave Neville this morning.I asked him about the White Road Commander,it wasn’t Gammonds and it wasn’t his,it belonged to Dave Apperley who subbed to Dave Neville,who later had this Bedford TM.

Mike Morgan is from the Knighton area,as is his brother Barry who also runs red Scania’s on timber.
Brian Amos is from the Eardisley area.

This little motor did a lot of work for Dave Neville,delivering small loads,still in use doing the same for KTH.
I bet you get some interesting jobs on that Dave. When I drove a 4w before Christmas it was a breath of fresh air going to posh houses and down beside canals etc.

I could be wrong Nathan,but I have never seen a new Army lorry on tradeplates,but maybe someone on here has.
