I have still got several hospital appointments to go,as a follow up from the pneumonia episode, but I feel pretty much back to normal now, thats if I ever was normal

hiya,
Hospital appointments don’t even go there, i’ve got one on Tuesday next for the “C” thingy just hope for the all clear it’s been four years in February since the surgery i don’t feel too bad for an “oldie” could just do without all the travelling to and from the hospital, the “old lady” is taking the day off on the Tuesday so we’ll have a day out in the “Toon” Newcastle and while she’s in M & Ss i might be able to go for a wee dram or two in a little nearby bar, let the bus take the strain and although i’ll still be driving the bus from behind the driver they won’t be able to breathalyse me.
thanks harry long retired.

Best of luck Harry, hope you have the all clear and enjoy a drink or three.I had two appointments last week, one at Hereford for a chest x ray,the up to Oswestry last Thursday for my usual six weeks visit, then next wek back to Hereford on Wednesday for a lung function test ( I will blow hot breath into the woman’s ear, should have a good result ) then back there on Friday for the result.
As I said I feel ok now,but I suppose it’s routine follow up stuff.
Cheers Dave.
Not sure who’s tipper this was, tipping into wheelbarrows for a handlay tarmac job,on the side of the A438 at Winforton,Herefordshire.

Nah I think you are wrog Nathan,my guess is that it’s a firm from Crickhowell called Lewis & Logan who have a good reputation over many years.I will check with a mate of mine to see if they have an ex Tarmac Daf six wheeler.
Cheers Dave.
