Nice to have you back Dave; I know an OD from Witney that used to have an F reg ERF (E8 I believe) 6wheeler that was ex Delahay. His sheet had their name on it and the cab headboard showed traces of their name when the sun shone right on it. Had quite a low ribbed Wilbox alloy body, and looked just like the last Sands and gravels wagons.

They had a four and a six wheeler with the Steyr cabs when KTH took them over,it was an all ERF fleet, which KTH gradually replaced with Fodens. I think there was 12 lorries in the fleet.
Cheers Dave.

glad your ok dave

didnt L J PRICE plant hire have one, think young kia stevens also had one ex delahay. remember one of the drivers, now passed away name as being R TRICKLE.

I saw another ex Delahay wagon about 3 years ago-a Steyr cabbed one (G reg I think) running around Evesham/Pershore area about the time of the July floods and I think the name was visible on it’s sheet like the one I mentioned earlier.

Welcome back Dave, glad you’re on the mend. You have been missed…

Merry Christmas to you both

Paul
