Hi Dave, great photos and content as usual. This transcon looks nice, it reminds me of a similar coloured one running with a bulker on the coal around the Pontypridd area in the late 80’s.

The old heads going now looking at that photo, if you turned left where that little cars turned out of, would that take you into the lorry park, I say lorry park but it was a car park but lorries could park in there at night, and it was free there were toilets on the right as you went in, lots of local owner drivers parked in there.

Spot on John,it has several designated spaces for lorries and coaches now.I don’t think they charge for anything on that park.

Had a few nights out in that park, on my way to or back from Gore. Nice little town Leominster good chippy and some good pubs, always found the people OK.
