So I’ve been told, 1m3 of concrete weighs between 2 to 2.5 tons (metric), depending on the slump, or water content. The higher the slump, the wetter it is. So 8x2.5=20t. Not much room for error! :smiley:

No Nathan.John knows A E Gough from when he hauled out of these quarries up here. R Adams lorries do look very like Gough’s,same colour blue.

A tidy looking lorry this one Dave. Makes you wonder though, if he runs and all Scania fleet, why did he choose a Volvo as his ‘Special’ flagship?
