finnly300 said it was your Merc. You are probably right with the Volvo wrecker. I knew I’d seen it before,thats why I thought Mansell Davies,but it probably was at Fromes Hill.

Another well known artic on the vintage scane.I always think these look much better than the 13/4 16/4 Seddon’s with the moter panel’s cab.


These’s FFK Austin/Morris/BMC models were one of the better lorries that the pre British Leyland outfit built.The plating regulation finished them in 1968 when they were down rated and disappeared.


Don’t see many of these in Kington :exclamation: :laughing: .

Hi John,
Don’t know what was on the back of it altogether,we couldn’t get a long look at any of them,as they were coming out in a steady stream. Tracy just managed to get a pic of most of them. Unfortunately the sun was in the wrong place and where we were parked was the only place to take a pic.
