started that computer waked himself from Sleep
later it didnt go to sleep when Safari was in window.I had to put then down
Then it didnt accept that and i had to close it,and now computer’s not sleeping at all and even hard to switch them off.needs a min.Normally just 10 second.

I suspect it’s a laptop, so removing the battery is probably a better option. But then Macs never go wrong, or so the sales guy said.
Talking of which, as it isn’t very old & you have time on your hands, take it into your Apple store & get them to look at it - that’s why you pay for their support.
Would you like to get some written road directions from this poster. It would be good trying to follow them

If so, restore to a point before you had the problem.

You must be thinking of Linux, Ubuntu is the os you need for super reliability, most and I mean MOST web servers are run on Linux systems.
