Description
Job title: Assessor Tutor main purpose of job: To carry out training and assessments inline with organisational and awarding organisation requirements in order to progress learners through desired qualifications. Responsible to: Quality Assurance Managers. Responsible for: Teaching and learning of individuals and/or groups. Liaise with: Clients, employers and other external stakeholders. Main tasks of job: Assess to National Occupational Standards ensure completion of qualifications ensuring VACRS to all assessment decisions. Provide relevant information and guidance to learners. Undertake visits to learners place of work and carry out assessments. Comply with all KP Skills policies and procedures. Carry out detailed inductions on learners. Develop learners in order to maximise learning opportunities.
