I was just going to couple up to this trailer when it slowly started to nose dive.
If you were just about to couple up to it how come it wasn’t already sitting on its nose?

As it was dropping I rammed the tractor unit into the dish and the lead up ramps stopped it going any further.
The shunter had dropped it only 5 minutes earlier, this trailer had been loaded and dropped this way many times before without problems.
One of the landing legs had been damaged and bent backwards about 4 inches and this small alteration was enough to make the thing unstable.
