…“I’m stuck in the mud about 20 yards from the second drop!”
Thankfully when I tried to make that call today, it went to voicemail. I didn’t leave a message!
A big thank you, though, to the Calor tanker driver who dragged me out from the dirt track I was ‘parked’ in before I had the chance to phone the TM for a second time. If you’re on here, I owe you a beer or 10! Also worthy of mention are the ratchet straps that, despite their excessive weight, I’ve carried around in my driving bag for years “in case of emergency.” Really I had load restraint in mind, but they work equally well as tow ropes!
