Welcome to Uddingston

They’ve only just moved into their new yard in Uddingston from Carntyne less than a fortnight ago and this has happened to them already.

Possible inside job? Amazing no security for loads that amount, we don’t have security either well the fandan that drives round in a jeep to about 40 different companies a night. 300k loads should be in Fort Knox!

Possibly is an inside job. They just put up a full perimeter fence and security gate last week. Organised gangs usually need a few weeks to suss things out before they hit a place.

They have got a yard next to prestons of potto near ferrybridge. Shortly after their fuel was delivered someone attached a pipe to their tank and drained it. This was a few months back mind. After that happened they got on site security.

If i remember rightly, they also had a trailer of wine knicked from their depot over manchester way as well.

I got my first agancy work taking wine and spirits down to Port Dundas and Bellshill.Every class 2 had to be inside the warehouse the places also had perimiter fences as well. Those places are quite near to Easterhouse arent they?

they any good to work for ■■? pay etc

And there was me thinking uddingston was only good for chocolate teacakes

They do caramel wafers as well,Tunnocks also run a wholesale wedding cake supply business.

They have also named a street after him in Uddingston. The new houses that have just been built (which ironicly is across from Keedwells new depot) on the land that Sunvic Controls used to be on has been called ‘Thomas Tunnock Grove’.
