Weird morning

So there I was this morning, Static, just b4 a small roundabout unsure whether to go left or right so I looks down at the Sat nav, no sooner had I looked down and an irate jogger starts running toward me hands waving etc, he then starts banging on my door telling me to get off my phone and he’s going to report me, I tell him I’m looking at sat nav but he’s having none of it.
Two things
1 am I doing anything wrong?
2 I’m about 99% sure he’s going to call the office, should I be worried?

Where was the sat-nav positioned so that you had to look down at it ?

Legally you’re only doing anything wrong if you touch it and you’re not parked up, ignition off. Why do you have it positioned so you have to look down at it? BTW, ignore the jogger…

Sorry to be pedantic, but its illegal to hold a mobile device whilst in traffic, engine running… next time put it in a cradle…as for the runner should have knocked him out… :smiley:

Just to be clear; if your satnav is on your phone, and you were holding or touching it, you were breaking the law.

Just to be clear…Who are these people who feel it is OK to poke their nose into your business?
What is wrong with the people in this country?
Just as well hand guns are banned in public.
