Does anybody know if there is a weight limit on the E233 from the dutch border to cloppenburg in Germany, well going to Addrup-Essen a wondering if I can get there without using motorways cheers.

Run up via Utrecht, Zwolle, Hoogeveen towards Meppen in Germany.
The bit of dual carriageway at the end of the A37 from the Dutch border to Meppen is not an Autobahn and is not subject to the Maut.
There are no weight restrictions on your route from the Dutch border to Addrup.
