Weekly work question

Can anyone help with this one.

I normally work Mon-Fri and sometimes I’ll do a Saturday if my hours allow.

This week I’ve worked Mon-Fri totaling around 50.5 hours.

The place I’m at have canceled me on Monday, so I rang agency and asked for work elsewhere.

They have got me in somewhere but it’s a 23.30 start Sunday evening.

So my question is where do I stand with weekly working limit in this situation ? I have 9.5 hours left on this week so is that all I have for this shift or does a new week start from midnight.

May sound stupid to most but having never done it before I’m unsure.

Is the 50.5 hours the total of working hours (driving + other work) or duty hours :question:

WTD hours are for the fixed week - sunday midnight to sunday midnight - so a new WTD week will start 30 mins after that shift starts

Are your EU reg weekly rest hours ok :question:

That’s my total working time + driving time without breaks or poa. It was only the weekly limit I was worried about everything else is fine.

50.5hrs work or 50.5hrs duty time? Remember your breaks don’t count, neither does time spent on PoA.

Weekly driving limit starts at 00:00 Monday and ends at 24:00 Sunday.
Weekly working time limit (60 hours) starts at 00:00 Monday and ends at 24:00 Sunday.

If you have 9.5 hours working time and 30 minutes or more driving time left this week there’s no problem starting at 23:30 Sunday.
