If I worked last Sunday can I do a couple of hrs tomorrow ?
I thought technically Sunday is classed as the previous week, I’ll be doing 3 hrs tomorrow

What time did you start last Sunday? You’ve got 144 hours from then before you need to start your next weekly rest. Sunday being last week is irrelevant, there is no such thing as weekly spread, just a maximum of 144 hours between the end of one weekly rest and the start of the next and that applies when the 144 hours begin in one week and end in the next

If you started work at 05:30 last Sunday and have not had a day off since you need to start your weekly rest period no later than 05:30 Saturday.
You need to start your next weekly rest no later than 05:30 tomorrow morning. As you finished today at 14:00 you could start again at 23:00 if you have a reduced rest available or 01:00 if not. Either way if you just need the 3 hours to drive back to base you could get them in before you need to start your weekly rest.
