Help please for new driver?
I work Monday to Friday about 30 hours driving finish 3pm on a Friday
I want to work on agency on Saturday every other week approximately 9 hours
Is this legal as long as I only work every other Saturday

Yep of course,
Aslong as it’s only 6 days one week, 5 days the following.
And also getting a minimum of 24hr rest on your reduced weekly.
Don’t forget your 90hrs fortnitely I case you do more than the 30hr through the week!

1 - Tell your main job about it.
2 - Consider you’ll get taxed more on the second wage.
3 - When reducing your weekly rest on a Saturday don’t forget at some point within three weeks you’ll have to compensate the reduction.
It depends on the hours worked, you have to compensate for any reduced rest at some point in the following three fixed weeks. Also be aware that your primary employer may have a policy of forbidding you from working for anyone else on your days off.
