There’s no such thing as a split weekly rest period, you can reduce the weekly rest period to no less than 24 hours, but for EU regulations you must have a regular 45 hour weekly rest period at-least every second week.

In your example you’ve had only reduced weekly rest periods in two consecutive weeks so it’s not legal.

Two reduced weekly rest periods cannot be used as a regular 45 hour weekly rest period.

Making up the payback owed does not make a reduced into a regular
