Start no later than 7am Sunday
Max is 144 hours between weekly rests
144hrs from when you last finished a weekly rest.
So 7am Sunday.

Nope, as long as its a full 45 iff before you start again. And remember the full 45 will run into next week, but will need to be counted in this week due to the previous reduced rest. Remember a weekly rest that overlaps a fixed week can be applied to one or the other but not both.
