Week 3 - 38:24
Week 4 - 58:51
Week 5 - 35.35
Week 6 - 59.34
Week 7 - 71.09

Weeks 1 and 3 reduced rests have yet to be compensated. Can I compensate both this weekend? What rest would I need to do this?

Just shy of 60hrs I reckon. And yes you can pay back everything.

45hr standard weekly rest.

Plus 8:19 from week 1 (=53:19)

Plus 6:36 from week 3 (=59:55)

61 hours I think, give or take a few mins. 61 to be on the safe side

Say I only manage to pay the one back… if a saturday run-in happens again this will get me an infringement is that right?

Question from a newby; how did you manage to work 71hrs in week 7? I thought the max was 60?

Like I said I’m new so be kind

Sorry, misread it. They’re your rest periods. Ignore my stupidity [emoji23]

It’s weekly rest mate. That was my first week at new place and Monday was an induction.

I now it’s been answered but…

It’s 60hrs WORKING TIME. So if he’s done 60hrs of driving plus other work then 11hrs of various breaks or POA those 11 hours don’t count towards his working time as he’s not working.

Compensation for week 3 needs to be paid back by the end of this week.
Compensation for week 1 needs to be paid back by the end of the week after next week (week ending 2nd September)

If you want to pay it all back this weekend you will need a weekly rest period of 59 hours 55 minutes (59:55)
If you’re having Monday (Bank holiday) off it should be easy enough to pay back all compensation this weekend.

^^^^^^ what he said. I was rounding up to arrive at 61 hours

I wish, no Monday off. Tbh I was hoping someone would say as long as you compensate the larger reduction, both would be taken care of

Looks like a 60 off it is.
