Weekly rest for odd shifts

I drive sporadic shifts, so usually anywhere between 1 to 5 days per week and often over weekends. I understand the 45 hour weekly rest bit, but can I take that at any time during the week, EG Monday & Tuesday, then drive for no more than 6 consecutive days assuming the working week is Monday to Sunday?

A new 6 periods of 24 hours (working week) begins after a weekly or reduced weekly rest period.

So yes you can have your weekly rest period at any time during the week and then work for 6 x 24 hour periods (144 hours) with the correct daily rest periods before starting a new weekly rest period.

Bear in mind that you must be able to count a weekly rest period for each fixed week (00:00 Monday to 24:00 Sunday), and in any two fixed weeks you must have either two regular weekly rest periods or at-least one regular and one reduced weekly rest period.

Yes long as you get 45 hrs off it starts again.
Bear in mind though your accumulated driving hours start from midnight sun/Mon . Driving hours is fixed sun midnight/Mon .
Same for 10 hrs drive so in therapy could do 4 10 hour drives in a row on a sat sun Mon Tue
Rest periods can be when ever as long as don’t work more than 6 days and have your 45 hours off
