I wonder if you would kindly offer me the benefit of your vast knowledge and experience. I have had conflicting advice and I have got lost in everything I have been told.
The following is my recent work record. Prior to Monday 18th Jan, I had a full weekly rest of 45 hours.

When must I take my next weekly rest? Can it be reduced?
After 6 days of continuous work a 45hour “weekly rest” must be taken. This can be reduced to 24 hours. But the missing 21 hours(45-24=21), must be taken in the next three weeks in addition to your normal weekly rest period.
can you take all 3 reduced daily rests in any one week ?
or
can you only take 3 reduced daily rests between two 45 hour weekly rests?
Max 3 reduced daily rests between any 2 weekly rests be they reduced or regular
so for example …
45 hour rest …
week 1 … work monday to saturday
take reduced weekly rest (24 hours+)
week 2 … work monday to friday
take regular rest (45 hours plus balance)
week 3 … work monday to saturday
can i take 3 reduced daily rests (9 hours +) in week 1 and they take another 3 reduced daily rests (9 hours+) in week 2 ■■
Is it poss to have 2 week off then 3 x 15 hr shifts then 3 x 10 hours driving time days, one day off,then double man for a 30 hr shift with 10 hrs driving time, sleep in the truck, do another 10 hrs driving in a 15 hr shift, do another 15hr shift, drive for drive for 3 days, then have a week off? 3 x10 hr drives not possible in the same working week but driving for 3 days perfectly ok !!

On EU regulations you can only legally do two 10 hour drives in a fixed week, so to do what you’ve described you would need to do the three 15 hour shifts on say Wednesday Thursday and Friday followed by 10 hour drives on Saturday Sunday and Monday, but then you could only do 1 more 10 hour driving shift before the following Monday.

It’s possible but not legal
You can only do two 10 hour driving shifts in a fixed week (00:00 Monday to 24:00 Sunday).
If you did three 10 hours drives on Saturday and Sunday of week 1 and another 10 hour drive on Monday of week 2, you could only do another one 10 hour driving shift in week 2 which ends at midnight on Sunday.
After the three 10 hour driving shifts (which would have to be done over two weeks so say Saturday Sunday and Monday) you’ve got a day off then a 30 hour multi-manned shift with a 10 hour drive, that’s all your 10 hour driving shifts taken up until the following Monday, but in your scenario you’ve got more 10 hour driving shifts in the same week (week 2) which would be illegal.
